In Ron’s 25 year career in Facilities Management his clients have included large government, healthcare and fortune 500 organizations in Canada and internationally. As a consultant Ron draws on his extensive operations experience to provide his clients with cost effective solutions and innovation business strategies. As a skilled negotiator, he participated in reaching collective bargaining agreements with some of Canada’s largest trade unions and is a member of various provincial committees. Ron has authored large successful proposals, developed service level agreements and developed customized performance management systems for his clients. An accomplished facilitator Ron teaches various Facility Management and organizational development courses. He has won numerous awards for excellence, customer service and operations management.
